What exactly is 1 AI Credit consumed for?
1 AI Credit is consumed for every successful plain-English conversational search query (e.g. "show coffee expenses this week") or successful batch voice transcription parse. Regular manual entries do not cost credits.
Do AI credits roll over?
Plan-allotted credits refresh at the start of each cycle — every calendar month for Free accounts (5 credits), and on each billing renewal for Premium (100 credits). Unused plan credits do not roll over. However, purchased top-up credits stack and never expire, even if your subscription renewal pauses.
Can Free users buy top-up credits?
Top-up packs are available to Premium subscribers and active trial accounts. Since top-ups complement Premium features like cloud backup and category budgets, Free users are invited to upgrade to Premium first to get the most value from their credits.
Is there a trial period?
Yes, every new account signed up in Koshbook receives a 30-day Premium trial with full feature access and cloud synchronization enabled from day one. After 30 days, users can subscribe or automatically revert to the Free tier limits.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime from your Google Play subscription settings. Cancelling stops future renewals — you keep Premium access until the end of your current billing period, and your data remains safe on the Free plan afterwards.
What happens if I'm charged by mistake?
Purchases are billed through Google Play, so refunds follow Google Play's refund policies and applicable consumer laws. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@anyfinite.com and we'll review your request in good faith. See our Terms of Service for full details.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. Your data stays safely stored on your device, and any previously synced cloud data is retained on your account. Downgrading only limits Premium features going forward — you can find more answers in our Help Center.
